MS. CHELSEA CARDINAL was born and raised on the luminous Canadian prairies of Alberta. She attended the Alberta College of Art and Design where she majored in illustration. Now a designer by day at Number 17
and an illustrator by the light of the moon, she is left with little time for
other hobbies which include cat sitting, eating bananas, visiting aquariums and gaining access to rooftops. She currently lives in the neighbourhood of Harlem in New York City.
